At Ronell we believe that hearing protection should suit your work situation as much as possible. This is how we create the best possible protection.  

You can protect your ears in different ways. Otoplastics (custom-made earplugs) are the most effective solution for this. This hearing protection is made based on your own ear mould. This ensures a 100% correct fit to your ear, virtually eliminating the chance of leakage.

1. Measurement
The starting point is a sound measurement. Here, the averages or peak volumes are measured. This allows us to know which filter to recommend.

At the same time, the employees are fitted with hearing protection. A mould is made of their ear so that we have a perfect representation of their ear canal. 

2. Production
The print is sent to our laboratory. Here the print is put into a 3D scanner so that an exact copy can be printed from resin or silicone. This is the basis for the otoplastic. It contains a channel through which sound can penetrate. The selected filter regulates the volume per frequency.

Based on your wishes, some details are added: for example a handle, carrying cord and detection ball. Now the otoplastics are ready to use!

3. Delivery
Unfortunately, many employees still receive their hearing protection by post. There is a risk that the employee may not be properly instructed, or that the otoplastics may not fit properly. And that's dangerous! That is why we deliver the hearing protection personally, so that we can test the quality. At the same time we have the possibility to give instructions, so you can be assured of good protection! 

4. Free leak tests
Your ears can change shape over the years. The result is that the damping becomes less and less noticeable. That is why we visit you regularly to check the quality. This is how we can ensure protection. If the otoplastic leaks sound within two years, you are entitled to replacement!
